Introductory conversation. Speak with one of our energy surveyors to discuss options available 

Site Visit: A physical inspection of the building and equipment to identify areas of inefficiency and potential energy savings.  

Analysis: analysis of the data and findings to identify specific areas for improvement.  

Recommendations: Tailored recommendations for improving energy efficiency, including specific actions and technologies.

Public procurement Act – Sustainability and Social Value and Energy Efficiency 

The Act encourages public sector buyers to consider social value and sustainability factors in their procurement decisions, including energy efficiency Suppliers are required to document their greenhouse gas emissions and how they aim to reduce them in their Carbon Reduction Programmes, which may be used as part of the procurement process.
